A Strategic Empire Building Experience

PHARMALIZATION

Guide your pharmaceutical empire through history. Make crucial decisions in research, development, and distribution. Build an empire to stand the test of time.

What is Pharmalization?

Pharmalization is a strategic simulation game where teams represent generic pharmaceutical (Gx) companies competing to build the most successful business through smart bidding, licensing, and promotion strategies.

Starting with 12 million € budget, guide your company through critical business decisions. Develop in-house products, negotiate licensing deals, compete in competitive tenders, and invest strategically in market promotion to capture the largest market share while maximizing profits.

Navigate the dual-market landscape: win exclusive tender contracts through competitive pricing (up to 3 winners per tender), and dominate the private sector by influencing physician prescriptions. Success requires balancing development costs, promotional investments, and strategic portfolio management across multiple game phases.
